ACH Payment Terms and Conditions

1 ACH Debit Authorization

By submitting an ACH payment through this form, you ("Customer") authorize AAA Shepherd's Care Home LLC ("Company") to initiate an electronic debit from the bank account you provide for the amount specified.

This authorization remains in effect until you revoke it by contacting the Company in writing or by email. Revocation will take effect within 3 business days of receipt and will not affect transactions already in process.

You certify that you are the account holder or an authorized signer on the bank account provided and that you have the authority to authorize these transactions.

2 Payment Processing

• ACH payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your bank account details are tokenized by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
• ACH transactions typically take 3–5 business days to settle. Your payment status will show as "pending" until the funds have been successfully debited.
• A payment confirmation will be provided upon successful submission. This does not guarantee settlement — final confirmation occurs when the funds clear.

3 Payment Limits

4 Failed Transactions & Insufficient Funds

If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, a closed account, or invalid account information, you will be notified and no charge will be applied. The Company reserves the right to reattempt the transaction or request an alternative payment method.

Your bank may charge you a fee for a failed or returned ACH debit. The Company is not responsible for any fees imposed by your financial institution.

5 Refunds & Cancellations

• Refund requests must be submitted by contacting AAA Shepherd's Care Home LLC directly.
• Approved refunds will be returned to the originating bank account and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
• Once an ACH debit has been initiated, it cannot be cancelled through this payment form. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a pending payment.

6 Dispute Rights

Under NACHA (National Automated Clearing House Association) rules, you have the right to dispute an unauthorized ACH debit with your bank. You may contact your financial institution to initiate a return within 60 calendar days of the transaction date.

7 Privacy & Data Security

• We collect your name, email address, and bank account information solely for the purpose of processing your payment.
• Bank account details are transmitted directly to Stripe via encrypted connection and are never stored on our servers.
• Your email address may be used to send payment confirmations and status updates related to your transaction.
• We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal or financial information to third parties except as required to process your payment or comply with applicable law.

8 Limitation of Liability

AAA Shepherd's Care Home LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from delays in ACH processing, bank errors, or service interruptions by third-party payment processors. Our total liability for any claim related to a payment shall not exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

9 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the payment form after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
